Compensation: $24.00-$27.00/hour
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
You'll play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting a variety of hiring initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen and interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system documentation
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and hiring progress
- Update recruiting metrics and tracking documents in a timely manner
- Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Conduct driver evaluations when required for specific positions
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and physical (where applicable)
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience participating in client or hiring manager intake meetings
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
