Seeking a mature, professional with strong interpersonal skills who is well organized, can think on his/her feet, is self-motivated, exercises discretion, and is a team player. Must have proven ability to take initiative, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the General Counsel with:
Legal filings
Real estate closings
Manage critical dates and deadlines
Litigation management
Entity management, including formation, maintenance, dissolution
Additionally, the position will collaborate with and provide support for other team members as necessary, primarily with accounting administration for loan monitoring and reporting to banks and investors.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as real estate paralegal in a law firm or as an escrow officer. Experience with managing closing real estate acquisitions and disposition and loan closings.
Strong computer skills are mandatory: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional. Notary Public (candidate will be required to get licensed if you are not already licensed).
