Temporary HR Administrator (4-Month Contract)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 4-month temporary contract. This role is primarily administrative and clerical in nature, providing essential support to the HR team and ensuring the accurate maintenance of employee records and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform filing and records management, ensuring employee documentation is organized and up to date.
- Complete data entry and maintain accuracy within HR systems and databases.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating new hire processes.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Assist with other related office and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an HR or office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
