Analyzes and evaluates College systems and applications; including but not limited to product upgrades, enhancements, system testing, new application implementation, integration, reporting and trouble shooting.

Job Description:
Summary
Collaborates with departments College wide to provide end user support implementing solutions that meet business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) needs. Analyzes and evaluates College systems and applications; including but not limited to product upgrades, enhancements, system testing, new application implementation, integration, reporting and trouble shooting.
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with business units to understand organizational and operational challenges to make suggestions on solutions to better meet business needs and eliminate roadblocks to success.
- Reviews and evaluates product release information and schedules - creating and maintaining technical and training documentation as it relates to new features, changes, integrations and/or system enhancements.
- Manages projects from start to finish, including developing application test plans, leading departments through testing/training and manages, schedules and plans resources to meet deadlines.
- Evaluates help desk tickets for a range of system applications to analyze trends and recommend improvements to documentation, products and/or processes to enhance user experience and outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree
- Significant related experience may substitute for education
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in relevant functional or technical fields
- Demonstrated experience making sound decisions that affect a work unit or team
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a role requiring dynamic and abstract problem-solving methods in adaptive situations
- Ability to effectively complete work assignments independently while collaborating with cross functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Possess working knowledge of enterprise application software concepts, practices, and procedures, including cloud hosted and SaaS based ERP systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge in varied situations aligned to departmental focus.
- Demonstrated experience supporting SaaS environments, including vendor managed upgrades, release cycles, and coordination of testing, documentation, and stakeholder readiness activities.
- Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data exchanges between enterprise systems and third party platforms, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Experience with workflow and automation tools, including workflow engines, low code/no code platforms, or automated business processes used to improve efficiency and user outcomes.
- Demonstrated intermediate Banner system skills (or equivalent ERP platforms) and ability to support functional users through system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated intermediate project management skills, including planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and supporting testing and training activities.
- Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance principles, including role based access, audit support, and the appropriate handling of sensitive institutional data.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools, as well as modern collaboration and documentation platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, knowledge bases, and service management tools.
- Ability to research and analyze issues, interpret system behavior and data, and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
