As a Customer Service Representative, we are looking for:
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts by providing appropriate solutions
and alternatives to customer requests
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives, accounting, and MP&L teams effectively.
Working together independently and as a team while being yourself in a professional,
lighthearted, positive environment.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Customer Service, Inside Sales and/or Purchasing experience, preferably in MRO, Cutting Tools or
Distribution
Worked in an ERP system
Preferred:
AS400 Knowledge
Compensation:
$50,000-$65,000 depending on experience quarterly bonus potential
