Job Description
Cutting Edge Health Advisors is hiring full-time outbound sales representatives for our Fort Lauderdale office.
This is an entry-level phone sales position for someone who is confident, coachable, competitive, and comfortable speaking with new people.
No insurance license is required. Previous sales experience is helpful, but not necessary. We will train the right person.
Your job is to make outbound calls, speak with prospective customers, handle initial objections, identify interest, and connect qualified prospects with our licensed health insurance agents.
This is not a passive customer-service position. You will spend most of your day on the phone. You will hear “no,” get hung up on, and speak with people who may be skeptical or uninterested.
The right candidate can stay focused, maintain energy, accept coaching, and move confidently to the next call.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls
- Speak clearly and confidently with prospective customers
- Follow provided scripts and call processes
- Handle basic questions and initial objections
- Identify and qualify interested prospects
- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales agents
- Accurately document call outcomes
- Participate in coaching, role-playing, and sales training
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals

Compensation
- $400 weekly base pay plus commission
- Estimated annual compensation: $30,000–$52,000
- Actual earnings vary based on performance
- Additional earning potential may be available as you develop
