Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Worker to maintain residential and commercial lawns and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can safely operate basic lawn-care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns.
• Weed gardens, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other lawn-care products as directed.
• Perform seasonal yard cleanups, including leaf and debris removal.
• Operate and maintain lawn-care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Report equipment issues or property concerns to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn-care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to safely operate lawn-care equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Work Environment
This position involves outdoor work and physical activity throughout the workday. Employees are expected to follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while working on customer properties.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
