Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to service appointments, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently while managing the sales pipeline to maximize dealership revenue opportunities.
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions confidently.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and follow up on leads to nurture long-term relationships.
- Support the sales team with outbound calls to follow up on previous inquiries, promote special offers, and generate new business opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management of service parts and promotional materials to ensure availability for upselling efforts.
- Collaborate with the service department to coordinate appointment scheduling, vehicle status updates, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or B2B sales with a focus on high-end or high-volume environments.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory control systems, and dealership operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and customer service is essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology such as inventory management, retail math, and dealership processes is advantageous.
