Celebrity Cutouts creates life-size cardboard cutouts of celebrities, famous faces, and custom characters for customers across the United States.

We’re looking for a Production & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on position that combines production, order fulfillment, and social media — so no two days are exactly the same.

If you enjoy making things, working with computers, staying busy, and getting things done accurately, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Your main responsibility will be helping us produce and ship our cardboard cutouts to customers across the country.

You'll:

• Use computers and production equipment to create cardboard cutouts
• Prepare, pack, and ship finished customer orders
• Perform quality checks to make sure every product meets our standards
• Work quickly and accurately to help us meet daily shipping deadlines
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Help organize cardboard, packaging, and other production materials
• Work with the rest of the team to solve problems and keep production running smoothly
• Learn different parts of our production process and help wherever needed

And There's a Creative Side Too...

Once the day's production work is under control, you'll also have the opportunity to help promote Celebrity Cutouts through social media and digital marketing.

Working with our marketing and social media team in the UK, you'll help create and organize content, promotions, and campaigns across our social media channels.

This could include helping with:

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Creating and posting engaging content
• Spotting trends and content opportunities
• Promoting new products, celebrities, and seasonal events
• Supporting social media campaigns aimed at our US customers
• Helping us grow the Celebrity Cutouts brand in America

We're particularly interested in someone who genuinely enjoys social media and understands how people use it, rather than someone who has simply used it occasionally.

What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills are essential.

You should also be:

• Practical and comfortable with hands-on work
• Detail-oriented and able to spot mistakes
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Reliable and organized
• Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
• Willing to learn new equipment, software, and processes
• Comfortable switching between different types of work during the day
• Interested in social media, online trends, and digital content

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse work would be helpful, but it isn't essential if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Experience with social media or digital marketing would also be a plus.

Spanish Speakers Welcome

Fluency in Spanish is not required, but it would be a valuable advantage as we continue to grow our business with Spanish-speaking customers in the United States.
