Patient Experience Coordinator
At CutisCo Dermatology, we believe exceptional dermatologic care begins the moment a patient walks through our doors.
We are seeking a warm, polished, highly service-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a central role in shaping the patient experience by creating a welcoming environment, communicating clearly, and helping the day run smoothly at the front desk.
While medical office experience is welcome, it is not required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters most is excellent customer service, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys helping people, carries themselves professionally, and takes pride in creating a calm and positive first impression.
What You Will Do
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phone calls with courtesy and confidence
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Assist patients with forms, check-in, and office policies
- Verify insurance eligibility when needed
- Communicate financial policies clearly and respectfully
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
- Support the team with front office administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- Reception, hospitality, retail, or medical office experience welcome
