RMA Coordinator

Description

Position Summary:

The RMA Coordinator supports Cutera’s global service operations by managing return material authorizations (RMAs) and ensuring timely, accurate processing of all returned parts and materials. This role helps maintain high service levels by driving efficiency, visibility, and control across the return cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and route all global returned materials to appropriate internal work centers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with global Cutera entities and partners to ensure timely return of materials.
• Track and monitor outstanding RMAs; provide weekly metrics and reporting for global stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce past-due and open RMA cases.
• Apply best practices aligned with the three pillars of returns management: speed, visibility, and control.
• Implement and maintain controls to ensure timely and accurate return processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure aligned communication, efficient workflows, and a consistent RMA process.
• Accurately transact returned materials in SAP and Salesforce to maintain inventory integrity and system accuracy.
• Support additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: 

• AS degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years of inventory, materials management, or related operational support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including customer interaction and phone support.
• Previous experience with the RMA process preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus.
