Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

·       Source, organize, and manage information from multiple systems and databases.

·       Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data stored in structured repositories.

·       Integration with GPT Systems:

·       Input and refine data within advanced Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) systems.

·       Assist in the training of GPT models by optimizing data inputs to enhance system outputs.

Analysis and Reporting:

·       Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.

·       Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to support business decisions.

Quality Assurance:

·       Monitor data consistency and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

·       Identify and rectify discrepancies in datasets.

Collaboration and Communication:

·       Partner with technical and compliance teams to understand project requirements.

·       Provide timely updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

·       Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.

·       Experience with AI or GPT systems is a plus (training will be provided).

·       Prior experience in a field requiring strong attention to detail is an advantage.

·       Experience in handling and validating critical or sensitive data.

·       Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·       Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to new technologies.

·       Effective communication and teamwork skills.

·       Fluency in English (written and spoken).
