Summary
This position with be administratively supporting the Sales Department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain Dealership Inventory Files including gathering all paperwork from customer and/or internal departments, documenting in database, and closing files out.
- Communicate directly with customers to obtain needed signatures for all paperwork.
- Process warranty and Titling work for all Trucks
- Create all Dealership documents for new orders.
- Coordinate with Customers and Transport companies to schedule Truck Deliveries.
- Complete Data entry into Sales Database and continuously maintain the Customer Database.
- Create and maintain documents and history (letters, quotes, emails, etc.) for Salesforce.
- Create and pull weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes.
- Create and maintain all equipment builds for the Forest location.
- Communicate between Sales and Ops as needed to confirm build details.
- Act as a Liaison for OPS to obtain all requirements needed from outside resources.
- Cross train with essential production duties in QC and Mod Center as it pertains to Sales Department needs.
- Some transport of trucks to and from various locations on the property.
- Review finished equipment for accuracy before staging for pick-up/delivery.
- Complete cost review of completed builds.
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL Preferred)
- Minimum Associate’s degree
- Must have very good organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented.
- Must possess assertive attitude.
- Requires direct focus and ability to follow all procedures without deviating.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- 3 – 5 years previous experience in Administrative position
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat PDF & Reader
- Previous Dealership experience
- Majority of work is performed in an office setting but may require going into the shop area.
- Ability to work around common office equipment, supplies and environments.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Sitting – The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
- Lifting – The ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
