Location - Fort Worth- PTA
Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other CTOS facilities.
- Process requests of Ground Lead in an accurate and timely manner.
- Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Ground Lead.
- Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.
- Provide high quality workmanship.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.
- Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.
- Must be able to observe and interpret operational data.
- Ability to learn technical material.
- Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and time off.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Various projects as assigned.
- Basic understanding of RubberTesting.net .
- Proficient at building or repairing a ground cable including logging, disassembly, cleaning, repairing and testing without oversight or guidance while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- May be required to go out on change outs.
- Experience working in a results-oriented, team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to enter data into computer or tablet.
