What You’ll Do
- Tasks include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and pruning to keep properties looking sharp.
- Work outdoors in all weather, doing physical labor (lifting 35–80 lbs often).
- Make sure equipment is ready for the next day’s work.
- Keep the job site clean and the work high-quality so we don’t have to redo it.
What We Expect
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Stay on schedule and keep jobs within budgeted hours.
- Take care of the work the first time so we rarely have to go back.
- Be respectful to customers and crew members.
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or similar work is preferred — but we’ll train the right person within 6 months.
- Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Ability to commute to Shop in Roanoke, TX
