JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintenance of our production facility, equipment, and grounds, located in Madison, SD.
JOB HOURS
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Overtime available

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform maintenance on production and facility equipment, general building and outside grounds maintenance, including snow removal.
- Assist with moving/staging houses in the yard and facility.
- Familiar with general boiler maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment.
- Able to work in inside and outside conditions.
- Ability to prioritize repairs and multi-task.
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to manage physical workload and stand continuously.
- Skill in both verbal and written communications.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: Two years of maintenance experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. This position requires a valid driver's license. Knowledge of technological advancements in equipment and maintenance products preferred.
