Title: Workday Analyst Healthcare (non-profit) | Hybrid (NYC Tri-State Area)
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid Local Candidates Only onsite 3 days a week)
Employment Type: 18 month contract
Rate: $60-$65 per hour W2
Please No Corp to Corp or 3rd party agencies
Summary:
Join a leading (non-profit) healthcare organization as a Workday Analyst, supporting HR technology, initiatives in a hybrid role based in NYC. We're looking for a local professional with solid skills int Workday HCM and Recruiting configuration with strong analytical and project leadership skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday HCM & Recruiting modules.
- Lead Workday projects from planning to post-launch.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support data conversions Workday (EIBs)
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and HRIS optimization.
Requirements:
- 10 years in HR Technology,
- 5 years in Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
- 3 years in Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Experience with Workday Questionnaires, EIBs, reporting and any experience with Workday HiredScore is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Certifications
Any relatitve Workday Certifications are a plus
