We are seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to lead end-to-end market research projects that drive business strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming surveys in Qualtrics, conducting customer research, and translating data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects from planning through presentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to define research objectives and methodologies.
- Design, program, test, and launch Qualtrics surveys using Survey Flow, Embedded Data, Matrix Questions, Display/Skip Logic, and Branch Logic.
- Develop questionnaires and discussion guides; facilitate focus groups, interviews, and panel discussions.
- Analyze research findings and present actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Support Product, Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives.
- Manage research vendors, project timelines, and cross-functional partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Research, Marketing Insights, Customer Insights, VOC, CX, or UX Research.
- Hands-on experience designing and programming surveys in Qualtrics.
- Experience with survey programming, questionnaire development, focus groups, interview moderation, and presenting research findings to stakeholders.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Qualtrics - Hands-on experience designing and programming surveys in Qualtrics.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
