Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships through proactive outreach and personalized communication. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across designated territories. Duties
- Conduct prospecting calls, emails, and virtual meetings at the direction of Sales Engineers and Management to identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling and targeted outreach strategies.
- Manage Bid Lists and Project Bid Coordination for Clients
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets alongside the Sales Engineers.
- Track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines effectively
- Engage in business development activities by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and expanding our client base.
- Negotiate deals with clients and vendors by understanding their requirements, presenting compelling proposals, and closing sales efficiently with Sales Engineers.
- Develope and Write Proposals, Change Orders, and other documents as required
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, technology sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on account management and customer service.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and relationship building—both over the phone and via digital channels
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding goals
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining motivation, discipline, and proactive outreach efforts as well as thrive in a team environment
- Skills in lead generation, territory management, customer service excellence, and technical product knowledge are highly valued.
