Job Summary:
As a Trial Chemical Mill Operator, you will be responsible for running and executing trials on a variety of equipment. This role will work directly with the managing Technical Sales Engineers to determine testing methods, refine processing parameters, and provide customers with target trial outputs. Documentation and attention to detail are key when managing a successful trial as well as attention to all safety requirements with regards to material handling, PPE, and safe operation of the equipment.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive assigned stations from Technical Sales Engineer or Operations Supervisor.
- Comply with PPE and all other safety requirements.
- Comply with 5S programs.
- Operate machines per Process paperwork and Production Work Instructions as trained.
- Perform quality control tests as required and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout.
- Perform product changeovers and system clean downs as scheduled and instructed.
- Keep ahead on all package preparations as able with time allowed.
- Dispose of trash in proper method throughout shift.
- Perform any other duty as directed.
- Communicate quality and food-safety related issues with appropriate team members.
- CMO’s who are approved for performing tasks in a cGMP environment must complete Annual cGMP Training.
- Annual cGMP Training.
- Annual Food Safety Training
- Annual Food Safety Training Quiz with a Passing score of 70% minimum
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, stretch, kneel, crouch, sit
- Understanding of basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, fractions, percentages, decimals, conversions, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
