Position Summary:
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for preparing, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished goods move smoothly in and out of our facility - and works closely with our production and customer service teams to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders using UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation
- Receive and check inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient shipping area
- Generate shipping labels and tracking information
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines
- Load/unload shipments and move product throughout the facility
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous shipping experience required
- Experience with UPS, FedEx required
- Experience with ShipStation or similar platform strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- 8:00a - 4:00p
- $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
- PTO and sick leave

Salary : $18 - $22
