Custom Powder Coating in Sioux City is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently as well as with others. Previous powder-coating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare metal parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
Apply powder coating to a variety of metal products.
Load, unload, and handle parts throughout the coating process.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with other shop duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial shop environment.
Previous powder-coating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
Other:
Eligible for benefits after 90 days. Pay is based on experience.
