Core Job Duties
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18.00 an Hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.

Core Job Duties
- Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
- Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized.
- Administrative Support: Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
- Other projects as needed
- Previous experience with medical software packages
- Medical office experience preferred
- Microsoft office proficiency
