Looking for a full-time role with a great team and a consistent schedule? We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist to support our front office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized front office experience.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure their experience is smooth from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking them in and out, scheduling appointments, answering and directing calls, and supporting general front office operations. You’ll also handle tasks like collecting copays, managing patient information in our EMR system, scanning documents, and assisting with clerical needs across the team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. You should be comfortable multitasking, working with a multi-line phone system, and maintaining professionalism in a busy medical setting. Experience with EMR systems and prior work in a medical office is preferred.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or medical assistant role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of office systems and equipment
