Build What Lasts.Director of Construction – National AccountsThe OpportunityThe Director of Construction – National Accounts provides executive leadership for a high-volume national HVAC construction program executed across numerous active sites.This leader will oversee our national construction team — including Project Managers and Project Coordinators — and serve as the senior construction partner to a major national client. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual and quality expectations.Success in this role requires more than operational strength. It requires a stewardship-oriented leader who builds on what exists, earns trust quickly, listens first, and strengthens teams rather than reshaping them for personal recognition.
