What You’ll Do
- Operate a salt truck and spread de-icing materials on lots, lanes, and access roads.
- Coordinate timing with plow crews for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor material levels and report when supplies run low.
- Keep detailed logs, photos, and records of each job.
- Inspect your truck and spreader before and after every storm.
- Follow safety guidelines to protect people, property, and the environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
- Experience with spreader-equipped trucks is a plus.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and storm-ready 24/7.
- Comfortable working nights, long hours, and in tough weather.
- Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
