Job Description:
The kennel technician/ bather has responsibilities that include taking care of the most important part of the business. Some duties include but are not limited to: feeding and medicating pets, dishes, laundry, clearing runs of bowls and blankets, bathing, trimming nails, assisting the groomer with other tasks, maintaining the cleanliness of the groom room and making sure all dogs are happy and healthy. Being the kennel tech can be a fun and rewarding job, you get to be around dogs and people who love dogs all day. We take pride in what the kennel has become and the kennel techs and bathers are a major contribution to our success. Being a team player and willing to help others, staying productive, and getting your work done in a timely manner is very critical in the day-to-day operations. Most importantly you must love animals!
Qualifications:
Qualifications we are looking for is as listed:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
- Be able to pass a drug test before employment
- Previous bathing and/or nail trimming experience a plus
- Lift 50 lbs
- Work outside in heat or cold
- A good work ethic is a must!

Additional Information:
Looking for 1 or 2 candidate who can work full time or part time and can be flexible – hours and pay will be discussed with manager in interview. MUST be able to work weekends and have dependable transportation.
