Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Loan Processor located in Franklin, MI. The Lead Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan processing from start to finish, ensuring all loan documents are accurate and complete. Key tasks include reviewing loan applications, coordinating with underwriters, and communicating with clients and team members to facilitate a smooth loan process. The role involves serving as a point of contact for any processing issues and maintaining compliance with all lending policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Processing and knowledge of Loan Documents
- Experience in managing Loans and working collaboratively with Underwriting teams
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and practices
- Ability to work on-site and contribute to a team environment
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus
