Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Perioperative Services for an exciting opportunity in Miami, FL!

Director of Perioperative Services Details:

• Perm Position
• Shift: Days
• Salary Range: $142, 600-$280, 000(based on experience)
• The Director of Perioperative will lead the team to drive positive outcome in all surgical procedures and will assumes advocacy and leadership in assessing, evaluating and impacting nursing practice to improve/maintain a single high standard of care.

Director of Perioperative Services Responsibilities:

• Provides the leadership framework for planning, directing, coordinating and improving services of the Perioperative Division.
• Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates programs to provide comprehensive quality care to all patients within areas of responsibilities.
• Develops, implements, and supports strategies to elevate quality and innovative nursing practice.
• Develops and monitors departmental operating budgets, which include staffing, contract services and capital equipment.
• Provides leadership support in the development and execution of the Performance Improvement Program.

Director of Perioperative Services Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred (at least one degree must be in Nursing).
• Candidate must have extensive and progressive experience, preferably for a minimum of three years in the field of Perioperative Services and a strong background in Nursing/Healthcare management
• Valid Florida RN License
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required
