Custom Filters Direct is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role focuses on managing listings, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- This is an on-site position in Bloomsburg, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Remote work is not offered.

Position Overview
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily Amazon listings (primary focus)
- Audit product content and ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve listing issues
- Maintain compliance with platform requirements
You will also support additional platforms including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Amazon product listings daily
- Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies
- Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues
- Monitor listing health and performance
- Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date
- Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
- Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations)
Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required*
- Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus
