CFD is hiring an Amazon Listing Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role is responsible for managing listings, resolving issues, and ensuring product accuracy across multiple platforms.
Schedule- Full-Time Monday–Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- This is an on-site position, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Remote work is not offered.
- Salary based on experience (Weekly Pay)

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce and direct fulfillment.
We are focused on expanding our online presence and maintaining accurate, high-quality product listings across multiple platforms.
Position OverviewIn this role, you will:
- Manage daily Amazon listings (primary focus)
- Audit product content and ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve listing issues
- Maintain compliance with platform requirements
You will also support additional platforms including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain Amazon product listings daily
- Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies
- Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues
- Monitor listing health, performance, and accuracy
- Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date
- Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay
- Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations)
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required*
- Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to identify issues and problem-solve independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus
