Job Description
Primary Purpose
Assembler II position performs manual labor along all stations on the production line, meets labor rates and quality control with minimal supervision.
Essential Function and Responsibilities
- Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies
- Operate production line equipment and hand/power tools efficiently at all workstations to assemble components.
- Meets standard labor rates while maintaining quality standards.
- Completes tasks directed by Supervisor with minimal supervision.
- Communicate & flex with co-workers to meet production goals.
- Complete daily labor sheets and required production documentation.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations daily.
- Follows technical and verbal assembly instructions.
- May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Able to build to print at quality level
- Manual dexterity required for using various tools and operating machinery
- Mechanical and electrical skills (2-3 years)
- Ability to read bill of materials and product work instructions
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts
