- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of attendants and janitorial staff, providing training and ongoing support to enhance performance.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and task assignments to meet customer demand during peak hours.
- Oversee maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Monitor customer service interactions, resolving any issues promptly to guarantee an outstanding experience.
- Implement safety procedures and conduct regular inspections to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including janitorial duties such as trash removal and surface cleaning when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience with commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of laundry or housekeeping management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
