Job Summary
Compensation ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour depending on experience, plus strong commission opportunities. Team members earn an additional $3–$9 for every membership sold, with top performers averaging $20–$25 per hour.
Duties
- The ideal team member will focus on driving membership sales while delivering outstanding customer service that elevates every guest’s experience.
- Welcome customers as they arrive and provide helpful guidance and information about available wash services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all wash packages, equipment, and membership options.
- Guide customers through available services so they can make informed decisions.
- Provide hands-on assistance at the kiosk, vacuum stations, and other customer touchpoints.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep all equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Keep the tunnel, vacuums, restrooms, grounds, lounge, and employee areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow all company procedures and standards when completing assigned duties.
- Work with urgency and professionalism to support customers, the office team, and fellow employees.
- Accurately document sales, memberships, and customer interactions for internal reporting.
- Support management with additional tasks as needed.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer
