What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Custom Dental Care?
We are looking for a dental office coordinator/receptionist here at our private practice in Edmonds, WA.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments, including reminder calls/follow up appointments as needed
- Verifying insurance benefits and reviewing treatment plans with patients, including collecting patient portions from patients.
- Answering phone calls and taking/returning patient messages
- Sending out insurance claims
Knowledge of Dentrix is needed and preferred!
We see patients between 8:00-5:00 with 1 hour for lunch 4 days a week, working most Monday-Thursdays and 1 Friday a month.
