Custom Craft Poultry is seeking an experienced and organized Freezer & Storage Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all freezer, cold storage, inventory, and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper product rotation, and coordinating the movement of finished goods for storage and shipment.
The ideal candidate will have warehouse supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, knowledge of inventory management, and the ability to work effectively in a cold-storage environment while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, freezer, or inventory management experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong inventory control and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks, organizing pallets, and moving inventory within the warehouse.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Preferred
- Experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, or cold-storage operations.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
