Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented individual with basic accounting knowledge to assist with production paperwork entry, inventory balancing, and Excel-based recordkeeping. This role supports production operations by ensuring accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and reconciliation of daily production records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain production paperwork and daily production data.
- Reconcile and balance inventory records against production reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report inventory and production information.
- Verify accuracy of data and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and record adjustments as needed.
- Maintain organized production and inventory documentation.
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
