Custom Concrete Co. is seeking experienced, dependable, and skilled Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. This role supports our expanding workload driven by rapid growth in the construction market. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and consistently deliver high-quality results in texture, thickness, and density—meeting both company and client expectations.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 5 years of concrete finishing experience
- Preferred: Experience operating ride-on trowel machines
- Preferred: Experience with commercial/industrial concrete projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Finish concrete on grade to specified flatness or slope
- Form and pour slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement
- Use hand tools to edge, joint, and finish concrete surfaces
- Operate walk-behind and ride-on machine trowels
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and extended tool use
- Work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Safely climb in and out of box trucks with tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by securing tools and eliminating hazards daily
