What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to support active construction projects by:
- Coordinating project information and documentation
- Communicating with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Preparing estimates, change orders, and purchase orders
- Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with billing-related documentation
- Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their project
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence working with numbers and project details
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
