We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects at various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, according to approved plans and in compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project manager
- Implement project scheduling and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Oversee pipeline construction activities and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing construction sites
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in project scheduling and coordination
- Understanding of safety regulations including OSHA guidelines
