Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in New York City. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including supervising team members, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and managing project schedules and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Construction and a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to project specifications and standards
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance
- Supervisory Skills, including managing teams and subcontractors on-site
- Experience with Budgeting and managing project costs effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience as a Project Superintendent in construction is a plus
- Relevant certifications in construction safety or management are highly desirable
