Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer Lead for a hybrid workplace opportunity in metro Detroit, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract to hire opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • Role is split between development, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers

  • 10 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on experience in Javascript, HTML, CSS, responsive web and mobile applications, single page applications, React, build tools, component libraries, front-end architecture, and XState.

  • Strong background working in Agile or SAFe environments
