ERP Data Migration / ETL Lead
We are seeking a senior-level Data Migration Lead to own the data migration workstream as part of a large ERP transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration from JD Edwards (JDE) to the new ERP platform
- Extract, cleanse, and transform legacy data
- Design and manage ETL processes
- Work closely with ERP functional leads, business SMEs, and system integrators
- Define required data structures and formats
- Ensure data quality, ownership, and migration logic
- Guide a developer supporting migration tools and scripts
- Strong SQL Server expertise
- Significant ETL / data migration experience
- Experience extracting and transforming ERP data
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Python / scripting
- JSON or data transformation tools
- Exposure to React (nice to have)
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, etc.) for development productivity
- Current ERP: JD Edwards
- Future ERP: SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
- ETL heavily SQL-based
