Position: CNC Operator
Location: Battleboro, NC
Type: Full-Time, 10 hr shifts, Monday-Thursday

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in all fabricated components. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards our clients expect from Custom Air Handling Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machine operations.
- Operate a laser, press brake, plasma table, pipe cutter, and beam cutter.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC operation preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Pay Range:
$20-26/hr
