In this role, you will provide direct support to children with autism, helping them build essential skills, gain confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions based on each client’s treatment plan
- Implement Behavior Treatment Plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Use engaging, play-based strategies to promote skill development and reinforce positive behaviors
- Accurately document session data and maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

- ABA experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive training is provided
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
