Essential Functions
- Support daily AV meetings and events across assigned facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with built‑in and portable AV equipment.
- Set up portable sound systems, projectors, monitors, and related equipment.
- Prepare conference rooms, including arranging tables and chairs.
- Follow directions, learn new systems quickly, and maintain a professional, motivated work style.
- Work independently or collaboratively with team members.
- Lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Use basic hand tools for installation and support of low‑voltage devices.
- Safely use ladders up to 10 feet in height.
- Accurately interpret color and audio tone during troubleshooting and installation tasks.

- Basic understanding of audiovisual systems or strong interest in AV technology.
- General computer knowledge and familiarity with video conferencing platforms.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn equipment such as Crestron, Cisco, ClearOne, and similar systems.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings (or willingness to learn).
- Understanding of or interest in low‑voltage cabling systems, including:
- Speaker wiring
- Computer networking
- Sensor/relay integration
- Awareness of safe construction practices and secure mounting methods for AV equipment.
