Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Oklahoma is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our office brokerage team.
This is not an administrative role. This is a career-track sales position designed for someone who wants to build a book of business and become a top producer.
- Prospect property owners and tenants through cold calling and networking
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, market analyses, and listing materials
- Support negotiations on leases and sales transactions
- Conduct property tours and attend client meetings
- Perform detailed market research and financial analysis
- Track prospects and business development activities
You will work directly with a senior broker specializing in office transactions in the Tulsa market and receive hands-on training in business development, negotiations, and deal execution.
- Highly motivated and competitive
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
- Strong communicator (phone and in-person)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Interested in building a long-term career in commercial real estate
1–3 years of sales experience preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and hunger to succeed are more important.
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an Oklahoma Real Estate Salesperson License.
