Market Area: The Villages to Gainesville/Tampa/Jacksonville (Three different markets available)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Representative performs various tasks such as visiting customers, visiting prospective customers, ensuring customers are satisfied with our services, and generate reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and food service providers.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Educate customers on our fresh, high -quality bread products and how they can enhance their menus.
• Manage your territory effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve performance goals and company objectives.

Competencies:

• Sales Experience Required – Preferably in foodservice, bakery, or bread sales.
• Strong understanding of the food industry and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. (Bilingual preferred).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own accounts and schedule.
• A passion for quality products and helping businesses succeed.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position is on the road 95% of the time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, cellphones, photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to drive, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position.

100% Travel - Travel to visit existing and future customers is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

• Sales experience.
• Computer experience, knowledge on the following programs: Outlook, Word, Basic Excel.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
