Major Responsibilities
- Remove used linens and towels from guest rooms and bathrooms in preparation for cleaning.
- Thoroughly vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the room, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and shower areas; replace used amenities and properly dispose of empty or partially used products.
- Sweep and mop floors in both guest rooms and bathrooms to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Make beds with fresh linens and stock bathrooms with clean towels and appropriate amenities.
- Clean and organize living areas, including dusting and vacuuming; inspect furniture and fixtures for cleanliness, pests, and cobwebs.
- Check lighting, appliances, and room equipment, promptly reporting maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff.
- Conduct a final inspection of the guest room and common areas, addressing any issues, removing trash, and ensuring the room meets brand and company standards.
