Cross functional learning across Supply Chain and Operations Networking between all Functions - Engineering, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance Assignment of a peer mentor/ on-the-job coach Project training and completion Your Challenge: Develops and maintains detailed schedules. Prepare production plans and material requirements list in accordance with the Master Production Schedule, for products, proposal efforts and/or production processes. May coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality and other departments to achieve optimum utilization of facilities in meeting production schedules. May provide input to management regarding problems such as scheduling problems, material shortages, design changes and backlogs. Releases and maintains all appropriate paperwork. What you Bring: Independent thinker who is detail oriented. Eager to learn and to apply new skills Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset. Ability to maintain safe work environment. Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with customers, suppliers and employees/managers at all levels within the company.
